The ordering process is simple!
Select the gift certificate you would like to give.
Enter the gift certificate recipient's first and last name.
Add the email address of the person you would like to receive the gift certificate code and the date you would like it emailed.
Enter a gift message you would like contained in the gift certificate email.
Add it to your cart.
Check out when you are finished shopping.
The recipient will be able to redeem the certificate in our online store.
The gift certificate code will be emailed on the date you select when adding the gift certificate to your cart. If this is a surprise gift certificate and you do not want the recipient to receive the email, enter your own email address and we will send it directly to you. You can print a gift certificate, fill it out with the gift certificate code we email you, and then give it to the recipient.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Once you have purchased your gift certificate, redeeming it is easy. To redeem your gift certificate, follow these steps:
Add your items to the cart.
Click the "Checkout" button.
Login if you have not done so already.
Select your shipping method.
In the final step of the Checkout process, enter your gift certificate code in the space provided. It will be applied to the total of your order.
If you have more than 1 gift certificate code you wish to use on a single order, simply enter each code one at a time. The total will be adjusted every time a gift code is entered.
If your order is less than the amount of your gift certificate, the remaining balance can be used on a future order using the same gift certificate code. If the order totals more than the gift certificate amount, you will need to enter a credit card to cover the rest of the total.
